Five Star service, it ain’t.
A Bronx-based affordable housing provider whose lax oversight prompted Gov. Cuomo to launch a probe into one of its buildings runs several other properties residents say are vermin infested and equally atrocious.
Jessica Brothers, a mother of three who lives in a Webster Ave. building managed by Five Star Management, said she’s been complaining to the “slumlords” about mold, flooding and out-of-service elevators only to get the run-around and zero results.
“It’s been a nightmare,” she told the Daily News. “They’re not doing anything.”
